For this task I had to do a lot of research about a Moa(bird). I also had to do a drawing of a Moa. Another thing I had to do was write three words and I didnt know what it means and try and find out what does words mean.

Have you ever heard of Global Warming?
Global warming is a overall results of the weather patterns.
Global warming is mostly done by human activities, like people like to burn fossil fuels.
Human Activity.
I have done my research and found out that between 95% and 100 % global warming is mostly caused by human activities. People like to cut down tree by the root which releases one of the greenhouse gas, Carbon dioxide. Another thing people do is use power tons of power, you could fix that problem by powering your home your with a renewable energy. The four main Greenhouse gases are Carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and fluoridated.
What those global warming do to our earth.
Global warming can make our earths temperature raise higher, because all of the Greenhouse gases wrap around our earth like a blanket and make our earth hotter kinda like impacting on our earth. When our earth gets hotter our ice bergs start melt, even Antarctica is melting that not good for the animals that live on Antarctica. Antarctica is a habitat for animal so if we keep on releasing greenhouse gases our animals that live in Antarctica might not have a home.
What can we do to stop global warming.
We can stop global warming by, not cutting down the tree, using renewable energy in stead of actual power, not burning fossil fuels, stop using cars that dose not burn fuel and use cars that dose not require fuel, reuse water because we do not want to waste water. Fun fact did you know that only 1 percent of the earths water is clean. Remember to unplug your plugs from outlets in your home because you are most likely powering 65 different devices.
We need to speak up
Remember to speak up to your friends, family remember, random people about global warming, Its is important to tell them about global warming and what kind of affection it does to our planet.
Are you a good son or daughter? Some kids aren’t sure if they are. This writing will give you some helpful tips on how to be a good son or daughter.
Helping around.
Parents it love when you help around the house, they especially love it when you do it without them telling you. You can do little things like picking up stuff from the ground, vacuuming, doing the dishes, etc. Helping around is truly a blessing to your parents.
Being thankful.
Parents do a lot for you, for example, put food on the table, shoes on your feet a roof over your head, etc. That is just a tiny portion of what they do for you. So say thank you, show gratitude. Maybe even give them a massage, or even make them tea or coffee in the morning. Your parents what to feel loved too.
Listening.
One thing parents don’t like it when their kids don't listen to them. Listening means when you look at your parents like give them attention and actually process what they are trying to tell you, not letting it go through one ear and out the other ear.
Now that you have read my three tips on how to be a good son or daughter because I’m sure that these tips will make your parents a whole lot happier.

This is a writing of is me giving you some helpful tips to be a good son or daughter.
Is School important to you? Well if it isn’t, read this writing and rethink your answer!
I believe that school is important, the particular reason for this circumstance is that you can learn numerous stuff at school, e.g, economics, history, etc. The knowledge that you can get from these subjects helps to develop. Imagine as you were a caterpillar. It helps you evolve into a chrysalis and then when you finish school to turn into a beautiful butterfly.
Schooling also helps you with the future. If you want to be an investor you need to put money into your investment and you need to learn how to count money, and that's when mathematics and economics helps you. If want to be a doctor, engineer, etc, You need to study very hard. To do this you need to go to School.
When you go to School you can learn sports, sports for eg, Netball, Rugby, touch, etc.
Some people learn Rugby at school and in the future, and they become professional rugby players. If you are a professional rugby player you can sign a rugby contract and you can earn money.
My final paragraph is about socialising,
When you are at school/University or where ever you learn, you need to socialise with people. Eg - Students, Teachers, Children. You can learn how to work with people and have a good conversation just to set you up for life.
These are my there reasons on why school is important to me.
Task Description:
This weeks literacy task was extremely long because it was about global warming. I had to delete 4 slides because I was unable to not do it.
The task that that I did do required researching about global warming / Climate change and to being patient.
One thing I would want to work on is reading though the text slowly so I can add more to my slides about my research.
