Sulu Fitzpatrick is a netball legend that represents the Silver Ferns! It was very enjoyable because I was able to ask her a question!

Quirky Persuasive - To be continued

Ex-President of the United States of America, Barrack Obama, awakened one morning smelling terrible, so he booked the quickest flight to Sri Lanka to get a Lynx Africa spray, which was only made in Sri Lanka and could not be delivered to the United States owing to some questionable ingredients in the spray.

The flight there was pleasant, albeit a little unusual. I had planned to travel first class, but it was already booked. I was seated next to a senior citizen who seemed to be Mr Bean's mum, haha. Molly Bean was her name.

When we landed, I was greeted by a bunch of dressed-up men. I had to double-check that I wasn't dreaming by flicking my ears. Because this is the first time I've ever seen anything like it. They also had strange, messy hair and black toes.

Barrack Obama arrived with a Lynx spray and sprayed it on right away. So he now has a pleasant odour!

Task description : This is a writing that we had to make veryyyy weird ! - I had fun making these and even got a few laughs in making this.

This is a poster about me ! - The picture on the top left is me and my Best friend Norah-Jade from year 6. The two flags are my nationality, and in the bottom left is sports because I enjoy playing sports, in the bottom in the middle is my favourite food ! Seafood boil and in the bottom right is Jesus Christ because I am very religious and on the side in the middle, left is my school!

Immersion Assembly - Term 3

Today is the first, day of term 3. To start off Term 3 we had an immersion assembly. Are you excited for Term 3? Well I am. This Term instead of having Mr Burt as the Principal we have Mrs Nua, as Mr Burt is going to be away this whole term, so I look forward to having Mrs Nua as our Principal this Term. 

 My first highlight from the immersion assembly was Team 3's movie because they made a movie that so relatable, to how us kids act at home, in these days. I also like how they told us a story, like how to actually be fit, eat healthy, and etc. 

My second highlight was the song that Mr J made. The beat was good, the lyrics was spot on so I really enjoyed listening and singing to the song. 

In conclusion, the immersion assembly went smoothly and I'am sure that everyone at least laughed or smiled. Check out the photos below this ! 

Colosseum - Information Report

WALT: Learn about the Colosseum and write an information report about it.

Did you know that in Italy there is a COLOSSEUM! Welcome to my information report about Colosseum. In this information report, I will be telling you facts about the Colosseum that I found through google, youtube videos, etc. According to google colosseum is 189 meters (615 ft / 640 Roman feet) long, and 156 meters (510 ft / 528 feet) wide, with a base area 24,000 square metres (6 acres). The Colosseum was used to entertain people, they did events such as Gladiators contests, animal hunts, and re-enactments. There are even mock sea battles as they flooded the Colosseum with water. Also, the gladiators' shows took place at the colosseum as well. The Colosseum is even big enough to fit/seat 50,000 people. The colosseum is over 1,900 years old. They built the colosseum and it looks like an elliptical shape with a short axis. Emperor Vespasian built the colosseum. The colosseum was named after the Flavian Amphitheater. It was also like a gift to the Roman people. Now that you have finished reading my information report, you called maybe make one of your information report too.

Task Description: This is an information report about the Colosseum. I loved this task because it really used my writing skills.
